A few house rules

Help us keep the property comfortable and welcoming for future guests.

• No parties or events. Gatherings, celebrations, and events involving additional visitors are not permitted.
• Registered guests only. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.
• No pets. We love animals, but our property is not pet-friendly.
• Respect our neighbors. Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during evening hours.
• No smoking or vaping indoors.
• Treat the house, furnishings, and outdoor amenities with care.
• Report damage or maintenance concerns promptly so we can address them.
• Use only the accommodations and amenities included in your reservation.
• Lock all doors and windows whenever you leave.

Quiet hours

Please keep noise down between 10 PM – 9 AM. Thank you for respecting our neighbors and other guests.

Your listing’s additional guidelines

• No pets or parties.
• The dock is for day use only. No boat tie-ups or motorized watercraft.
• No children, food, drinks, or smoking in the hot tub. Bring your own beach towels.

Enjoying the lake & dock

Enjoy beautiful Seneca Lake and the private dock included in your reservation. Water conditions can change quickly; use good judgment and prioritize safety.

• The dock is available for daytime recreational use only.
• Boats may not be tied to or moored at the dock at any time.
• Children must be supervised by an adult near the water.
• Swimming and other water activities are at your own risk.
• Use caution: dock surfaces may become slippery when wet.
• No diving from the dock.

Hot tub — adults only

Unwind after a day exploring the Finger Lakes. Please help us keep the hot tub clean and ready for everyone to enjoy.

If you notice anything unusual with the water, temperature, or equipment, contact us rather than attempting to adjust the equipment yourself.

• Adults only. Children are not permitted in the hot tub.
• Shower before entering to remove lotions, oils, and sunscreen.
• No glass containers in or around the hot tub. No food, drinks, or smoking in the hot tub.
• Keep the cover secured when the hot tub is not in use.
• Do not add soaps, oils, or other products to the water.
• Follow the posted hot tub safety instructions.

Our neighborhood visitor

Maggie is a friendly neighborhood dog who roams around. Please do not feed her or let her into the house.
