A few house rules

Help us keep the property comfortable and welcoming for future guests.

• No parties or events. Gatherings, celebrations, and events involving additional visitors are not permitted.
• Registered guests only. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.
• No pets. We love animals, but our property is not pet-friendly.
• Respect our neighbors. Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during evening hours.
• No smoking or vaping indoors.
• Treat the house, furnishings, and outdoor amenities with care.
• Report damage or maintenance concerns promptly so we can address them.
• Use only the accommodations and amenities included in your reservation.
• Lock all doors and windows whenever you leave.

Quiet hours

Please keep noise down between 10 PM – 6 AM. Thank you for respecting our neighbors and other guests.

The private dock is not available to apartment renters, and the hot tub is not included with the apartment reservation.

For lake time, enjoy the public waterfront at Lodi Point State Marine Park, a short walk from the property.

Maggie is a friendly neighborhood dog who roams around. Please do not feed her or let her into the house.
