Check-in: 3 PM. Check-out: 10 AM, unless otherwise specified in your booking.
Your private entry instructions are in your booking messages. Keep them handy as you travel.
Make sure all doors and windows are locked whenever you leave the property.
Using the keypad
Your entry door is secured with a Kwikset keypad lock. The numbers on the screen change each time the keypad wakes, so press them exactly as they appear.
- Touch the keypad screen to wake it — a set of numbers lights up.
- Press the numbers exactly as they appear on the screen.
- Then enter the unique code that was sent to you in your booking messages.
- Wait for the lock to finish turning, then open the door.
- If your code doesn't open the door, message your host through your booking platform and we'll help right away.
Before you head home
We hope you've had a wonderful visit! Follow the departure instructions sent with your booking. For clarification about keys, linens, or parking, message your host before departure.
- Wash used dishes and put them away.
- Remove food and personal belongings from the refrigerator.
- Place trash and recycling in the designated containers.
- Return furniture and outdoor items to their original locations.
- Return the thermostat to the setting in your checkout instructions.
- Close and lock all windows and doors.
- Double-check that you've packed all your belongings.
Trash & recycling
Please take all trash to the dedicated bin at the garage before departure or before Wednesday morning. Trash is collected on Wednesday mornings unless a holiday prevents collection.
Use the blue recycling bins at the back of the property by the garage. Recycling is collected every other Friday.
Place all trash in designated containers and keep lids securely closed to avoid attracting wildlife.
